The special commission will be led by the vice president of the country Delcy Rodríguez, and will be integrated by different instances of the State, such as the attorney general.
"I am prepared for that justice, what the Public Prosecutor orders (...) because the people have been harmed from those who think it's all right to sabotage the electrical system and to generate a civil confrontation and then call to assault Political power. This has only one name: terrorism, they are not political, " the president said.
He revealed that the attack was carried out from two American cities, Houston and Chicago, and said that they already have proof of how it was perpetrated.
The distribution of drinking water has been affected by the attack on the electricity system, therefore, the president will promote the special plan Blue Tank to deliver a tank of water to all households in the country.
