At least 64 Palestinians have been martyred and 134 injured in the last 24 hours as Israel’s military offensive on Gaza resumed with intense airstrikes and ground operations, according to the Gaza Health Ministry. The latest surge in violence comes despite a previously agreed ceasefire, further worsening the humanitarian catastrophe in the besieged enclave.

Escalating Violence Since Ceasefire Collapse

Since March 18, when Israel renewed its attacks, 730 Palestinians have been killed and 1,367 wounded, pushing the total death toll since October 7, 2023, to a staggering 50,082, with 113,408 injured. The majority of victims are women and children, with thousands still missing under rubble.
