73 Palestinians were killed, others were injured and dozens remained under the rubble today, Saturday, in a new massacre in Beit Lahia, north of Gaza, following violent Israeli raids that destroyed a residential neighborhood in the area. Medical sources also reported to the media that 48 Palestinians were killed in raids on various areas of the Strip since the morning.

The Israeli raids specifically targeted Jabalia camp, the entrance to Kamal Adwan Hospital and Al-Awda Hospital in Tel al-Zaatar in the northern Gaza Strip, and the Maghazi and Nuseirat camps in the central Gaza Strip, in addition to the city of Rafah.

The Palestinian resistance factions thus carried out operations against the Israeli forces in various areas of penetration, especially in the north and the Jabalia camp, which has been under siege for the 15th consecutive day. The Israeli army announced the killing of two of its soldiers and the serious injury of two officers.

For his part the Ministry of Health in Gaza said that the occupation army committed 3 massacres in the Strip during the past 24 hours, from which about 19 martyrs and 91 wounded arrived at hospitals, bringing the number of martyrs to 42,519 and the number of wounded to 99,637 since the beginning of the aggression on October 7, 2023.

Palestinians in shelters in the camp also expressed their fears of the worsening humanitarian situation, and called for international intervention to save them from the suffering they are experiencing.
It is noteworthy that the Israeli army’s expansion of its military operations in Jabalia came despite international calls to stop the genocide it is carrying out in the northern part of the Strip.

Since October 6, the Israeli army has begun a new military operation in the northern part of the Strip, and has imposed a siege on Jabalia, preventing residents from fleeing to neighboring Gaza City, and ordering them to flee only via Salah al-Din Street, which runs along the eastern part of the Strip from north to south.

This is the third ground operation carried out by the occupation army in Jabalia camp since the beginning of the aggression on Gaza on October 7, 2023.
