At Least 70 Civilians Have Been Killed Due to the Acctions of Armed Militias in Balushistan

The authors of these attacks are the so-called Baloch Liberation Army, which are opponents of the Pakistani government and carry out a rebellion in conjunction with other groups in the area.
At least 70 people have been killed in militia attacks and waves of violence in the Baluhistan region of southeastern Pakistan.

According to various military and security sources, 14 officers and at least 21 militiamen were killed during clashes between militia and Pakistani soldiers, mainly in the Bela region.
Similarly, in other regions of Baluchistan such as Musakhel, official sources count at least 23 civilians killed.
In Khalat, 10 innocent people were attacked by militants and at least 5 police officers were wounded.
Other attacks such as the explosions on the Quetta bridge, which suspended its use for traffic, have isolated the capital city, where the largest number of military forces are grouped, from Baluchistan.
In the vicinity of the bridge, Pakistani authorities found 6 bodies that had yet to be identified.
