The Gaza Ministry of Health has reported alarming figures in the context of the Israeli offensive that began on October 7, 2023.
To date, at least 45,028 people have been killed and 106,962 injured in the Gaza Strip, reflecting the devastating impact of the attacks on civilians. In the last 24 hours, 52 people have been killed and 203 injured as a result of several massacres carried out in different areas of the territory.
This rise in casualty figures coincides with a period when Israeli forces have intensified their attacks, including a recent assault on a school run by the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), where at least 20 people were killed, including several children.
