Extreme Right Simulates Acts to Accuse the Venezuelan State of Violating the HR: Public Ministry

He claimed that the «comanditos» are criminal groups and accused those responsible for fraud to be the intellectual authors of the misdeeds they committed. He said the extreme right has a two-track plan, which on the one hand uses the lie that fraud took place without showing evidence, and on the other encourages criminal actions.
He pointed out that there are 1,062 detainees for involvement in these serious crimes. He said that those who were not present would be released, but those who were found to be present would be deprived of their liberty. He detailed those 77 officials were injured and one was killed in the state of Aragua.
He said that Venezuela made its elections in peace and then the extreme right has generated outbreaks of violence to republish something similar to the popular uprising of the Caracazo, but they don’t have a way to get it.

In another video, three young people in the state of Zulia, also captured, try to intimidate the population by saying that they will burn their cars if they decide to drive on a road. Another audiovisual, filmed in Nueva Esparta, showed how the installations and vehicles of Hidrocaribe, a power generation company, with the intention of depriving the people of vital services. He said that 20 people were arrested for the vandalism of this entity, including four minors.
The Attorney General drew attention to the fact that in this wave of violence, police stations, local government, food distribution centres for the people and even educational institutions.
He also referred to the attempt by these «comanditos» to associate themselves with paramilitary groups, as happened in Guárico with a structured group of organized crime, He attacked with grenades and rifles an educational unit, which was protected by members of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB).
He added that in Miranda, the citizen José Meléndez was arrested, who distributed rubber and other means to violent groups to facilitate obstructing roads.
He added that two individuals were arrested in La Guaira (Jared Romero and Jeferson Padrón), which through videos spread by social networks presented themselves as leaders of a criminal group and threatened the population with violent acts and destabilization.
He reported that in the state of Lara, José Sánchez, Dainer Véliz, Luis Sabira, Yarjanel López and three teenagers were arrested on 29 July as part of a criminal group, The United States of America has been violently attacked against the facilities of the Transbarca terminal. They caused serious damage and stole a crane which was then burned.
He also explained that the criminal Israel Crespo was arrested in Lara along with a teenager, who participated in the attack on the seat of the governing party in Carora. They looted a community radio, destroyed the furniture and then set fire to the headquarters. They carried out the attack with people inside and threw a person from the top floor of the building, he said.
He asked the Office of the Rapporteur of DD.HH. The United Nations Organization will again present these violent people as «political prisoners». I have no doubt that in the future they will want to defend them after using them in the dirty war against Venezuela, he said.
In response to a question from teleSUR, the Attorney General said that he has open investigative files against several of the perpetrators of these violent acts. We do not rule out new arrests that have to do with these masterminds, he said.
