Gaza Strip: Israel Committes New Massacre in Northern Zone

The Israeli occupation today committed its worst massacres in the northern Gaza Strip after 17 days of constant siege, media reports.

Five new massacres in northern Gaza left 29 Palestinian martyrs, including children, while others were injured.
The Israeli occupation army carried out direct executions of displaced persons, bombardments of civilian meetings and direct attacks on a house and school housing displaced persons in Beit Hanoun.
Media reports of seven people killed and others injured as a result of artillery bombardments directed at displaced persons inside a school in the vicinity of Abu Rashid Pool, in Jabalia camp.
Eyewitnesses said the occupants entered the camp and forced a group of displaced people besieged at the school in Kreizm, affiliated with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), to gather and leave.
The occupation artillery fired a shell at them after they met, killing at least seven of them and wounding dozens, witnesses added.
Six people were killed, including children, and others were wounded in varying degrees in a raid on a gathering of citizens while trying to fill drinking water in the town of Jabalia.
Also in the Jabalia camp, four civilians were killed following an air strike by a drone occupation on a group of citizens near al-Yaman Al-Saeed hospital.
Nine people were killed and dozens wounded in a bombing raid on a house belonging to the Maqat family, behind the Sheikh Radwan pond, north of the city.
Another occupation bombing targeting the Ghazi al-Shawa school, which houses displaced persons in the northern Gaza city of Beit Hanoun, resulted in the deaths of three people.
Medical sources indicated that 41 people had died as a result of the occupation attacks in the Gaza Strip since dawn on Monday 21 October, 33 of them in the northern Gaza Strip.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported that to date, the total number of deaths from Israeli aggression has risen to 42,603 martyrs and 99,795 wounded since 7 October 2023.
Tuberculosis registration and containment operation
The Palestinian Ministry of Health, in association with the Physical Rehabilitation Programme of the International Committee of the Red Cross, announced a containment and registration operation for tuberculosis cases.
Cases of spinal cord injuries and brain injuries resulting in limb paralysis (permanent disability) of persons injured in IDF attacks are also being recorded and contained.
Reports that a medical team will be formed to assess cases based on injuries.
