Gaza Strip: Israel Wiped Out More Than 900 Palestinian Families

More than 41,000 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza since the beginning of the current cycle of violence a year ago.

On Thursday, official sources stated that the Israeli army wiped out 902 Palestinian families and erased them from the civil registry by killing all members during its attacks on the Gaza Strip over the past year.

In a report on the issue, the Government Media Office in the territory noted that only one member of 1,263 families and two members of 3,472 out of 3,472 survive.

Such crimes against our people are part of the ‘genocide carried out by the Israeli occupation under full US sponsorship and with the participation of a group of European countries’, it said.

Furthermore, it called on the international community to increase pressure on Benjamin Netanyahu’s government to stop its war campaign against the enclave.

It also urged international courts to prosecute Netanyahu and his associates in power.

We hold Israel and its ally the United States ‘responsible for these crimes against humanity and against international law’, it said.

According to official figures, more than 41,000 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza since the beginning of the current cycle of violence a year ago, while another 96,000 have been injured.
