The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) reported that more than half a million displaced Gazans are in areas prone to flooding and natural disasters, while the Zionist regime continues to restrict humanitarian aid in the Strip.

«In October, about 37 trucks with aid arrived daily, which is not enough for 2.2 million people who need absolutely everything», said humanitarian worker Louise Wateridge, who is volunteering in Gaza.
According to Wateridge, winter is coming soon, as is the rainy season, and thousands of displaced people are extremely vulnerable to these climatic conditions because they lack a roof over their heads, quality medical care or regular food.
In the face of the coming situation, UNRWA and the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) are preparing to launch a plan to evacuate more than 850,000 people from displaced and flood-prone areas.
However, both agencies say that the plan will not be possible if Israel does not allow the flow of resources and humanitarian aid to Palestine, it will also be necessary to create safe conditions for humanitarian workers in the Gaza Strip.
In this regard, the UN agency reported bombings against schools and refugee camps. In October alone there were 64 incidents.
Humanitarian workers are trapped in a war zone, many of them have been attacked by occupation troops while others have been arrested.
For more than 400 days, the Israeli occupiers have been carrying out constant massacres against the Palestinian population, razing the Gaza Strip and killing, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, 43,603 civilians and injuring 102,929.
