Israel, with only three power plants and several refineries, would be vulnerable to a simultaneous offensive, Gen. Fadavi warned.

On Friday, General Ali Fadavi, the deputy commander of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), warned that his forces would attack Israeli refineries and energy sources if the Jewish state commits another act of aggression against the Persian nation.

“If the occupiers make such a mistake, we will attack all their energy sources, facilities, refineries, and gas fields,” Fadavi declared, emphasizing Iran’s ability to strike Israel’s main energy infrastructure.

Fadavi also mentioned that Iran could withstand any attack, while Israel, with only three power plants and several refineries, would be vulnerable to a simultaneous offensive.

Tensions between Iran and Israel have significantly escalated since October 1, when Iran responded with hundreds of ballistic missiles in retaliation for Israeli aggressions on Iranian, Lebanese, and Palestinian soil.

The commander-in-chief of the Iranian Army, Abdul Rahim Musavi, assured that his country’s response would be devastating if Israel persists in its intent to continue its attacks. “We held back before, but we are ready to deliver a precise and devastating blow at the right moment,” he said.

In a press conference in Beirut, Iran’s Foreign Affairs Minister Abbas Araqchi stated that his country’s recent attack was in “legitimate self-defense” and in line with the United Nations Charter. He also mentioned that Tehran does not seek to continue hostilities but any new aggression from Israel would receive a “proportional and well-calculated” response.

Meanwhile, Israeli media have reported that Tel Aviv is planning a significant retaliation against Iran in the coming days, with potential targets including oil facilities and air defense systems.
