The Israel offensive against Lebanon have escalated significantly since late September, with a ground offensive primarily impacting the southern part of the country, as well as areas near Beirut and the Bekaa Valley.

In a strong message posted today on social media platform X, Israel’s Minister of Defense, Israel Katz, reaffirmed the Israeli government’s stance regarding the situation in Lebanon, stating that “there will be no ceasefire” in the conflict with Hezbollah. Katz emphasized that military operations against the armed group will intensify and that the country will act “with all its strength.”
“In Lebanon, there are no considerations for truces or ceasefires,” Katz stated.
