The Gaza’s Government confirmed that “The occupation army knew that the Al Suhada school included thousands of displaced persons, most of them children and women who had to leave their homes because of the bombing in their civilian neighbourhoods.”

“This massacre brings to 196 the number of shelters and displacement centers bombed by the occupation, and these centers include hundreds of thousands of people displaced by this genocidal war against our Palestinian people,” said the Gaza government media office.

In recent hours, artillery attacks have also been reported in Bureij, a camp in the central Strip near Nuseirat, with one confirmed death so far; and in Khan Younis, in the south, another Israeli attack on a house has caused at least three deaths.

Emergency services sources have confirmed 29 dead across the Gaza Strip in Israeli attacks since dawn on Thursday, 23 of them in the center and south of the enclave.

At least 55 Palestinians were killed and 132 wounded in the Gaza Strip on the last day, until midnight, by the Israeli offensive that has been taking place for 20 days in the towns of Beit Lahia and Jabalia, in the north of the strip.
