Israeli Airstrikes in Jenin and Qabatiya Result in Multiple Palestinian Casualties

At least five Palestinians have died and several others have been injured due to Israeli airstrikes carried out on Saturday against the West Bank cities of Jenin and Qabatiya in northern Palestinian territory.

According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, two Palestinian civilians were killed in an Israeli attack on an eastern neighborhood of Jenin, while another two lost their lives when a drone targeted a vehicle in Qabatiya.
A journalist from the Palestinian news agency Wafa reported that the Israeli drone fired at the vehicle on a busy street in the northern West Bank town, killing two Palestinians and injuring others. The report also confirmed that another drone strike targeted a motorcycle in the eastern neighborhood of Jenin, resulting in two additional fatalities.
In the afternoon, Israeli forces bombed a group of young people in the eastern neighborhood of Jenin, killing a 16-year-old identified as Ahmad Abdul Halim Al-Saadi and injuring two others. With these latest casualties, the death toll in the Jenin province has risen to 24 since the onset of the Israeli military offensive against the city and its refugee camp 12 days ago.
The ongoing violence has raised significant concerns regarding civilian safety and humanitarian conditions in the region, as tensions continue to escalate amidst military operations. International observers are calling for urgent measures to protect civilians and restore peace.
