“Horrible scenes. Several patients and their companions have been killed and wounded in Israeli quadcopter bombing of the entrance of Kamal Odwan Hospital!,” journalist Motasem A Dalloul reported.
Israel launched another airstrike later in the day at a gathering of Palestinians in the Shuja’iyya neighborhood, east of Gaza City, killing three and wounding five others with varying degrees of injuries.
Meanwhile, medical workers recovered two bodies of Palestinians killed in an Israeli drone attack on a gathering in Khirbet al-Adas, north of Rafah city, in southern Gaza.
Since the offensive against Gaza began on October 7, 2023, Israeli occupation forces have killed at least 44,580 Palestinians and injured tens of thousands of people.
Meanwhile, Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir called for a halt to the flow of fuel into the Gaza Strip until the Hamas resistance movement releases the hostages. “We have to stop their fuel supply for a few months. I think they will fall on their knees and say ‘take the hostages and bring fuel’,” he said.
In recent months, this far-right politician has also been calling for a reduction in the flow of humanitarian aid as a form of punishment for the Palestinian population.
“Israel must show humanity only in exchange for humanity, but we will not accept an agreement that endangers the future of the State of Israel,” said Ben Gvir, an anti-Arab settler who since the beginning of the Israeli offensive has not only refused to negotiate a truce but has called for tougher bombings.
