Another 22 Palestinians, including 10 children, were killed in Gaza City’s Sheikh Radwan neighborhood. Since early October, Zionist forces have been attacking Beit Lahiya, Jabalia, and Beit Hanoun, “in a campaign it said was aimed at preventing Hamas fighters from regrouping and waging attacks,” the Deccan Herald commented.

“Hussam Abu Safiya, director of Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahiya, one of three medical facilities barely operational in the besieged northern area, said at least 200 people lived in the residential district that was bombed in Beit Lahiya and that many people remain missing, “it added.

Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli offensive against Gaza has caused more than 44,000 deaths and more than 104,090 injuries.

The text reads, “On Thursday, Israeli airstrike kills 88. An Israeli airstrike killed 66 people in the Beit Lahiya suburb and 22, including 10 children, in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood of Gaza City. Most of the deaths occurred overnight when the victims, mostly refugees, were sleeping in residential buildings, according to emergency personnel.”

Previously, on Wednesday afternoon, the Israeli army killed 68 Lebanese and wounded at least 40 people in Palmyra, according to the latest count by Syrian authorities. The victims include five soldiers, four Hezbollah militants, and some 22 non-Syrian fighters from the Al-Nujaba movement, part of the Islamic Resistance militia group in Iraq.

The targets were a meeting point of Iranian militias with leaders of the Al-Nujaba movement and a leader of Lebanese Hezbollah, as well as two other positions in the Al-Jamiya neighborhood, where relatives of Iraqi militants reside.

In recent weeks, Israel has significantly increased its attacks on Syrian territory, especially against the capital Damascus and its surroundings, as well as the Al Quseir area, bordering Lebanon and from where the Israeli army claims that the Lebanese Shiite group Hezbollah transfers weapons.
