By videoconference, Yañez, who lives in Spain, appeared this Tuesday before federal judge Julián Ercolini. The magistrate had already contacted her in June, after detecting messages that alluded to situations of violence during the investigation of another trial in which Fernández is charged.

In that first contact, Yañez assured that he did not want to file a complaint. The decision was changed and the process was finally opened.

«I will only say that it is false and that what is now imputed to me never happened», declared Fernandez by means of a communiqué.
