Colombia’s 14th Solar Balloon Festival took place in Envidago on Dec. 31, 2014 and this year’s theme was Mexican history and culture. It also featured balloon tributes to writer Gabriel Garcia Marquez and comedian Roberto Gomez Bolaños.
