'Pope of the Poor' Visits Jail in Mexico's 'Murder Capital'

On the last day of his five-day tour of Mexico, Pope Francis visited a prison in Mexico’s notoriously violent Ciudad Juarez. The pontiff called on inmates to use their experiences to work to break the cycle of violence in Mexico and argued that the country’s crisis of violence and insecurity cannot be solved through incarceration.
