Another Earthquake: Tremor Strikes Southern Mexico

The quake occurred at 7:51 a.m. local time and its epicenter was located in waters off the Mexican Pacific. 

A 6.0 magnitude earthquake shook the Mexican state of Chiapas Wednesday morning, according to Mexico's National Seismological organization.

The quake occurred at 7:51 a.m. local time and its epicenter was located in waters off the Mexican Pacific, 75 miles southwest of the town of Huixtla, in Chiapas and had a depth of 12 miles.

So far no casualties or major damage have been reported. 

Earlier Wednesday earthquakes struck Nicaragua and the Argentine city of San Juan. No casualties or major damage have been reported.
