Legendary New York emcee C-Rayz Walz gives a "shoutout to parents" struggling to come up with healthy meals on a low income in the latest Ñ Don't Stop.

He empathizes with those who are used to going to fast-food restaurants, but encourages people to try his recipe for a filling, healthy, vegetarian meal that comes in around US$6 and would feed a whole family.

Walz, who is CEO of SunCycle Industries, also premieres his music video for "Love Money" on the #RooftopLive segment of the show hosted by political hip-hop duo Rebel Diaz.
