No Israeli Fighter Entered the Iranian Airspace, Army Says

The General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces issued a statement saying that no Israeli fighter aircraft are penetrating into Persian airspace, and that the attacks were carried out from US-controlled Iraqi territory.

“From the space available to the US terrorist army in Iraq, a hundred kilometers from the borders of Iran and from far away, several long-range air missiles were launched, which have a very light warhead, Approximately one fifth of the Iranian ballistic missile warheads,” the army top officials said.
The Iranian military specified that the missiles were aimed at some border radars in the provinces of Ilam, Khuzestan and around the province of Tehran, and caused “limited and low-impact damage, due to the timely action of the country’s air defense.”

“We also warn that the US should not be trapped further in the swamp that the illegal and illegitimate Israeli regime has created for itself and its allies,” the Iranian officials concluded.
