In addition to the large number of victims and the massive displacement of people, basic food, fuel, water and medical supplies have been exhausted for the 2.3 million residents of Gaza.

The Gaza Ministry of Health reported that some 37,658 Palestinians were killed as a result of attacks by the Israeli regime’s army on the occupied territories since last October, the majority of them women and children.

The Gaza public entity stressed in a statement that it has so far been able to confirm 86,237 wounded and has reported that at least 32 people were killed and 139 injured by three massacres committed by the Israeli occupation during the past 24 hours.

«Several victims remain under the rubble and on the roads and ambulance and civil defense teams cannot reach them», he said.

The Gazan authorities have indicated that around 10,000 people are missing, so the death toll could be much higher than officially announced.

Moreover, Hamas-led health authorities warned in a statement about a severe shortage of medicines and medical supplies needed to continue their services.

They called on international institutions to intervene quickly and provide the necessary medicines and medical supplies to save the lives of sick and injured people.

In another communiqué, Hamas accused the Israeli Government of continuing to defy all international laws, customs and humanitarian values by deliberately targeting innocent civilians and committing the most horrific massacres against them.

The movement blamed the US administration for allowing what it described as a genocidal war in the Gaza Strip by providing political and military support to Israel, allowing it to continue its mission of destruction and annihilation in the Strip.
