President Maduro Accuses FBI and DEA of Creating and Protecting Notorious Venezuelan Criminal Gang ‘Tren de Aragua’

In a recent speech, the constitutional president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, made strong accusations regarding the Tren de Aragua, one of the country’s most notorious criminal gangs.
During his participation in the activation of the Peace Quadrants in Communes and Communal Circuits, Maduro claimed that the FBI and DEA are responsible for the creation and organization of this gang to carry out terrorist activities in Venezuela, stating that these U.S. agencies continue to protect several of its leaders.
President Maduro emphasized that, despite the efforts of Venezuelan security forces to dismantle the Tren de Aragua, some of its leaders have found refuge in the United States, raising questions about the complicity or inaction of U.S. authorities.
“They are protected by the DEA and the FBI, as we speak, they are protected,” stressed the president, suggesting that there is relevant information in Colombia and the United States about the gang’s operations.
The president also denounced the media campaign aimed at portraying the Tren de Aragua as a persistent threat, which, according to him, would serve as a pretext to justify new sanctions and aggressions against Venezuela.
He firmly stated that such actions would not intimidate the Venezuelan people, assuring that the country will move toward harmony and development despite adversities.
With a confident tone, President Maduro declared, “Those who are part of this plan will fail again,” reaffirming his belief in the resilience of the Venezuelan people and their ability to overcome obstacles imposed from abroad.
