President Maduro Affirms That Venezuela Is Experiencing a Historic Renaissance

In front of the mass event in Upata, state of Bolivar, in the east of the country, he considered the campaign as “joy, singing, poetry (…) consciousness, energy”.

President Nicolás Maduro emphasized on Monday in Upata, Bolivar state, that in Venezuela there is a historic renaissance turned into votes, during his tour of the country facing the elections of July 28.

“We are preparing and we must teach people to vote,” he said that everything that the Venezuelan people are living through today must be converted into a vote. “I vote for here, I vote for there, if I want peace, Nicolás must win,” said the president along with the people of eastern Bolivarian territory.

Likewise, the Venezuelan president referred to the process of preparation that is carried out ahead of the presidential elections of July 28.

“If I want to be sure, Nicolás Maduro must win,” he said, and in front of the attendees, he considered the campaign as “joy, singing, poetry (…) consciousness, energy”.

In addition, from the stage, the Bolivarian leader emphasized the atmosphere of peace that reigns in the country and highlighted the “harmony, coexistence, tolerance” of the Venezuelan people, however he warned of “the sectors of the right” that are “sowing hatred for networks because they want and have a plan of violence”.

“They believe as always, they believe they can win on July 28 and if they win they say they come to collect,” he said, adding that it means “go out and look for the people again for violence”.

On that line, the president recalled the guarimbas, an episode of violence where thousands of Venezuelans lost their businesses and economic flows that gave it sustainability in general.

On the other hand, referring to those from abroad who intend to carry out coups in the country, he said that “if they eat the light in Venezuela, they will regret it for 100 or 200 years.”

“We will not allow violence or dull our beloved homeland, here there will be peace, tranquility, harmony, coexistence. They could not, nor will they,” the president emphasized in chorus with the people of Upata.

In his speech, Maduro also condemned the activity on social networks of two profiles in X, who decided to read them to the people to demonstrate their fascist ideals, while warning that these profiles support the right.

He also referred to the dialogue he had with the Prime Minister of Belarus, Roman Golovchenko.

“The Prime Minister of Belarus told me: I bring special greetings from President Alexander Lukashenko. He wants me to pass it on to the people of Venezuela. I’ll keep an eye on July 28, but Nicolás I already know from what I’m seeing and from the information I have that you’re going to have a great victory in Venezuela. Thank them in advance to the people of Venezuela,” said the president, referring to the conversation with the first Belarusian.
