The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, President Maduro, spearheaded the activation of the fifth Transformation (5T) and the delivery of resources to projects selected in the first 2025 National Popular Consultation, held on February 2.
During the event, broadcast live on digital platforms, President Maduro emphasized that the Venezuelan people, through their conscious participation and vote, chose the projects that will be executed for the benefit of communities.
“Execution will begin today, as resources are released and will reach all communal circuits across the country,” stated President Maduro from the “Esperanza, Vida y Unión Socialista” Commune, located in the Sucre municipality of Miranda state, where a symbolic delivery of funds for the approved projects took place.

President Maduro also decreed that all state governorships and municipal mayoralties must finance the project that came in second place during the Popular Consultation, ensuring that citizen demands are met.
