The President of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, led the Activation of the 4th Social Transformation this Friday, a meeting with the promoting teams of the new generation of Grand Missions, where he emphasized the importance of advancing toward a social model that guarantees peace, life, and well-being for the Venezuelan people.

During his speech, President Maduro announced that, in coordination with the presidents and prime ministers of the Bolivarian Alliance, a Summit will be held next Monday, February 3, to define the 2025 agenda of struggle, aimed at strengthening sovereignty and peace for all nations.

President Maduro also reported that this Sunday, February 2, the first general elections of the Popular Consultation will take place, in which more than 5,000 Communal Circuits will decide on the projects to be executed over the next three months. “We are building a new model of participatory and protagonistic democracy,” he stated.

Additionally, the Venezuelan leader confirmed that from February 22 to March 7, a process of public consultation and drafting will take place for the approval of the 7T Plan by the National Assembly, a comprehensive strategy designed to align the actions of Communal Circuits with national government policies.

As part of the 4th Social Transformation, President Maduro appointed Pedro Infante, First Vice President of the National Assembly, as Supreme Chief of the Antonio José de Sucre Plan, an initiative aimed at pacifying, reclaiming, and rebuilding the Petare parish in Miranda State.

Furthermore, the Bolivarian Government delivered the fully rehabilitated “Francisco Espejo” School as part of the Special Attention Plan for Sucre Municipality, which seeks to improve living conditions in this area of northern Petare.

The Vice President of Social and Territorial Socialism, Héctor Rodríguez, highlighted that through the Communal Circuits, work is being done to build the Communal Government, aligning all local actions with national policies. “All efforts must go in the same direction: social transformation and the well-being of the people,” he stated.

President Maduro concluded his speech by reiterating that the social rights of the people will not be allowed to be violated and called for strengthening popular organization across all territories of the country.
