The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, led a meeting with pastors and pastors of the country, where important decisions were made for the benefit of the Christian community.

In an effort to integrate these communities more into national life, President Maduro ordered that all evangelical Christian churches be included in the Black Hippolyta Mission, a social program that seeks to serve the most vulnerable populations.

Finally, in response to a request from evangelical Christian leaders, the president ordered the change of name from “Civil Association” to “Church”, a gesture that reflects the government’s commitment to recognizing and strengthening these communities in Venezuela.
