President Maduro: The Health of the US Political System is Very Bad

The Venezuelan head of state and government, Nicolás Maduro Moros, called the health of the US political system serious after a second assassination attempt against former president and presidential candidate, Donald Trump.

“(…) very regrettable this news and they say that the state of health of American society, the State, the government, intelligence services and democracy is very bad. The health of the American political system is very bad, in general the situation of the American society is very bad”, he warned.
The Venezuelan head of state expressed his concern about the second attempt on Trump, calling it “regrettable” and “very worrying”, questioning how US intelligence services could not prevent this threat, Quoting comments by former National Security Agency (NSA) analyst Edward Snowden, who suggested that it was “impossible” for intelligence agencies to be unaware of such threats.
Maduro highlighted his personal experience with the attempted assassination against him and expressed his suspicion that “there is something very dangerous being intended against former president and presidential candidate Donald Trump”.
“I, from Venezuela, ratify the absolute repudiation of this attempt,” the Venezuelan Dignitary said in turn that he urged Trump to demand a thorough investigation and personally direct it to uncover the truth behind the incident.
President Maduro detailed that “not only do they want to lead a total NATO-Russia war, not only do they want to increase the genocide against the Palestinian people of Gaza, not only do they want to come and overthrow all the progressive governments of Latin America and the Caribbean, not only that, but in the domestic politics of the United States there are reprehensible, embarrassing and very worrying events such as the second assassination attempt on former president and candidate Donald Trump”.
In that regard, he urged that peace and respect should prevail above all else.
The Dignitary concluded his statement with a call for peace and respect for life, stating that these “values must prevail over violence and harassment in the political life of nations”.
