This Wednesday, President Nicolás Maduro commemorated the 12th anniversary of the death of Commander Hugo Chávez, reaffirming his legacy as a fundamental voice of the Venezuelan people.
In an emotionally charged speech, President Maduro described Chávez as “a deep and historical voice,” highlighting the importance of listening to the people and recognizing their capacity for resilience and creativity.
