Russian Troops Liberate Katerinovka in Donetsk

Ukrainian forces suffered 215 casualties in the area of operations of the West group.
On Monday, the Russian Defense Ministry informed that the West troop group had liberated the town of Katerinovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic.

Ukrainian forces suffered 215 casualties in the area of operations of the West group. That number is in addition to 440 casualties in the Center group’s area of operations, 300 casualties in the South line, 140 in the East line, 85 in the North line, and 70 casualties inflicted by the Dnieper group.
Ukrainian soldiers lost one tank, eight armored combat vehicles, nine artillery pieces, 36 vehicles, two electronic warfare stations, four ammunition depots, and two material storage facilities. Russian air defense also destroyed 95 drones and neutralized three projectiles launched from the HIMARS multiple rocket launcher system.
Since the beginning of the special military operation in Ukraine on February 24, 2022, Russian forces have eliminated 660 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 50,177 unmanned aerial vehicles, 601 anti-aircraft missile systems, and 22,710 tanks and other armored vehicles. They have also deactivated 1,534 multiple rocket launcher systems, 23,320 field artillery units and mortars, and 33,750 specialized military vehicles.
