“Ministry of Interior: In record time, the competent UAE authorities arrest the perpetrators of the murder of the Moldovan citizen and confirm that the UAE is immune to anyone who dares to disturb the security of society,” said the Minister in a statement.
The Ministry of the Interior explained that a search and investigation team was formed after the victim’s family filed a complaint about her disappearance last Thursday.
The entity reported that the investigations resulted in the discovery of the body of the disappeared person and the identification of the perpetrators, who were arrested and the necessary judicial procedures initiated, while adding in the note, which detailed that “all circumstances of the incident shall be disclosed upon completion of the investigation”.
Zvi Kogan, de 28 años, era un rabino ultraortodoxo emisario del movimiento Chabad Lubavitch, una rama prominente del judaísmo con sede en el barrio de Crown Heights de Brooklyn, en Nueva York.
