According to the UN agency, 205 humanitarian aid workers on the ground have lost their lives since 7 October.
The complaint was made by a statement from the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), which further denounces the continued attacks in Tel Aviv, which have caused thousands of civilian deaths, forced displacement and destruction of infrastructure and residential buildings.

The text states that nine out of 10 Gazatíes, about 1.9 million people, have had to internally move, many repeatedly, while others more than 10 times.
In this situation, it is very difficult for humanitarian working groups and technicians to provide the population with essential resources such as water, sanitation, shelter and health.
In the enclave, all the chlorine reserves to purify water and make it drinkable are now exhausted, while the health system is also collapsed.
In this regard, the World Organization and the World Health Group reported that 90 health centres are out of service.
In the face of a shortage of hospitals and constant attacks and assaults by Israel, UNRWA provides emergency services at 10 health centres and up to 100 mobile medical points throughout the Gaza Strip.
The statement also quoted data from the UN Satellite Centre, which shows that “63 percent of buildings in Gaza City were assessed at a level of total, severe or moderate destruction”.
Since 7 October, the Israeli aggression has killed more than 39,790 people and injured more than 92,002.
