“In response to the hostile conduct of the governments of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, France, and Italy, characterized by their support for extremist groups and interference in internal affairs, I have communicated, on behalf of the Bolivarian Government, the sovereign decision to limit the number of accredited diplomats in each embassy to three,” he stated.

“The diplomats will also be required to obtain written authorization from our Foreign Ministry to travel more than 40 kilometers from Plaza Bolivar in Caracas, ensuring the strict fulfillment of their duties. Venezuela demands respect for sovereignty and self-determination, principles established in the United Nations Charter, particularly from those who are subordinate to Washington’s directives.”

“The Bolivarian Government will continue taking the necessary actions, in accordance with International Law, to ensure its stability, sovereignty, and the path toward peace and prosperity achieved through its own efforts,” The Venezuelan minister concluded.

Through social media, Gil also shared photographs of meetings with the French ambassador to Venezuela, Emmanuel Pineda, as well as the chargé d’affaires of the Netherlands, Carmen Gonsalves.
