‘We have entered a new phase: the fight for our people’s right to tranquility, work, and production,” President Maduro said.

On Tuesday, Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, the Defense Council, the Council of State, and the High Military Command held a meeting at the Miraflores Palace, which was broadcast live for the nation.

The Bolivarian leader announced security and defense measures in response to the violence plan that the Venezuelan far right intends to implement. He also created a special commission to evaluate, with Russian and Chinese advisories, the biosecurity system and the attack on the National Electoral Council’s communication system.

Besides allocating US$10 million for the victims of the fascist commands, the Venezuelan president formed a commission to defend his country against the hate attacks broadcast in transnational media and social networks. This commision will be led by the National Assembly President Jorge Rodriguez.

“I have also ordered the deployment of a special plan within the framework of the second phase of Plan Republica so that the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) and the police develop a plan for patrolling and detaining the far-right commands,” Maduro announced, tasking Diosdado Cabello and Remigio Ceballos with developing a special plan to protect popular neighborhoods.

The text reads, “Message to the Venezuelan people gathered at the Miraflores presidential palace.”

“A joint commission between the national government and the Attorney General’s Office will be in charge of protecting the victims of the far-right commands’ fascist violence. Unfortunately, many passersby were killed. The victims will be given legal, social, and economic support,” he said.

As part of the process of protecting the population, Vice President Delcy Rodriguez will be responsible for the opening of a window for reporting criminal and delinquent groups.

“Fascism in Venezuela will not arrive nor prevail. They intend to govern the country through delinquency and death. The oligarchy does not accept the election results,” said President Maduro, who denounced that the far right trained the members of the so-called “Small Commands” abroad.

“The July 28 elections were the definitive battle against fascism, hatred, and intolerance from those who want to carry out a coup, provoke a civil war, and create division among Venezuelans,” he stressed.

The text reads, “Venezuela: Right now, hundreds of motorcyclists are heading from Libertador Avenue towards Miraflores Palace to show their support for President Nicolas Maduro.”

The Bolivarian leader assured that the Venezuelan state is being attacked by the transnational far right, Colombian drug trafficking, opposition leaders Maria Corina Machado and Edmundo Gonzalez, and magnate Elon Musk, who want to take over Venezuela and its natural resources through lies.

“I call on the international community and the Venezuelan people to close ranks in this battle we are fighting in Venezuela against fascism and for truth and peace,” he said.

During the meeting at the Miraflores Palace, Maduro presented evidence of actions carried out by far-right militants involved in the burning of assets and facilities, highlighting that authorities detected traces of a drug in the detained individuals that U.S. soldiers typically consume during armed conflicts.

“We are dismantling a coup d’état planned by the oligarchy. Let no one be deceived! We have entered a new phase: the fight for life and for the right of our people to tranquility, work, and production,” he said.
