The Venezuelan Foreign Ministry called «irrita» and based on «Lawfare» the decision of an Argentine judicial instance against President Nicolás Maduro Moros and the Minister of Interior, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello.
In a statement issued onTuesday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela has expressed its strong repudiation of the recent decision by an Argentine court against President Nicolás Maduro Moros and the Minister of People’s Power for the Interior, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón.

The letter describes the action as a «Irrita decision» and a manifestation of «retaliation» by Mr. Javier Milei.
The statement calls the decision part of an international «lawfare» strategy designed to erode the sovereignty of countries and delegitimize constitutional and democratic popular processes.
It is further argued that such a measure lacks grounds of competence and violates the sovereign jurisdiction of states, as well as the immunities and privileges inherent in presidents and senior officials.
The Venezuelan Foreign Ministry has reaffirmed its position in defense of the integrity of legal processes and national sovereignty, highlighting the perceived illegitimacy of this judicial action as part of a broader context of international pressures.
This position seeks to emphasize the principles of mutual respect among nations and non-interference in internal affairs.
