Venezuela’s Executive Vice President Delcy Rodríguez presented a positive report on April 21, detailing a 16.33% increase in domestic tourism compared to 2024. The data reflects economic revitalization and incident-free security operations.

Over 12.35 million people visited beaches, national parks, and religious sites, with destinations like Canaima, Los Roques, and Morrocoy reaching 100% hotel occupancy. The Bicentennial Monument to the Battle of Carabobo also ranked among the most visited landmarks.

 Were recorded 259 million electronic transactions, a 20% increase from 2024, according to Rodríguez. National hotel occupancy averaged 80%, solidifying tourism as a key economic driver.More than 185,000 officers , including police, firefighters, and military personnel , ensured public safety.
