The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in solidarity with the people of Palestine and Lebanon, on Monday, started a collection of donations to support the victims of the Israeli barbarity.

The area designated for the collection of donations was the headquarters of the Chancellery of the Republic, more specifically in the Salvador Allende hall.

Mattresses, nappies, baby food and any other supplies will be collected for the Palestinian and Lebanese children, men and women who suffer daily from Israeli bombardments and their aftermath.

In a publication by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic, Yvan Gil, on his social network Telegram, he stated that «solidarity with our fellow peoples of the Middle East is crucial in these times of imperialist fascism» He invited to come to the headquarters of the Chancellery and make their donation to help those who need it most «Every effort counts!».

For a year now, the people of Palestine and Lebanon have been attacked with extreme violence and deep wounds. Thousands of dead, millions displaced, dozens of hostages and a ruined infrastructure make up the picture of terror. The victims reach all layers of a society: men, children, women, humanitarian workers, doctors, journalists.
