On February 2, 2025, Venezuela is experiencing a historic day with the first National Popular Consultation, where citizens from all corners of the country are heading to polling centers to choose the projects that will transform their communities.
From early hours, the organized population has demonstrated its commitment to participatory democracy, mobilizing en masse to exercise their right to vote and prioritize initiatives that will benefit their localities.
In Zulia state, residents continue to arrive at schools and high schools serving as polling centers, while in La Guaira, the population is selecting the projects they consider most urgent for their communities.

In Caracas, specifically in the Santa Teresa parish, neighbors affiliated with the Bicentennial Socialist Commune have mobilized enthusiastically to participate in this consultation, highlighting the importance of every vote in building a better future.
In Táchira state, the polling center at the Bolivarian School Tucape, in Cárdenas municipality, has welcomed numerous citizens, while in Amazonas, the People’s Power has also been present to actively participate in this democratic event.
In Monagas, residents have extended an invitation to the entire population to exercise their right to vote and contribute to materializing projects that will benefit communities.
In the 23 de Enero parish in Caracas, the Gabriela Mistral School has witnessed massive participation, reflecting citizens’ interest in choosing initiatives that positively impact their surroundings.
In Cumaná, Sucre state, the Madre Alberta Jiménez Educational Unit has received numerous voters, while in Gran Sabana municipality, Bolívar state, the community remains mobilized to support the projects of the Communal Circuits.
In Nueva Esparta, specifically in Francisco Esteban Gómez municipality, the People’s Power is participating with joy and commitment, while in Aragua, citizens are heading to polling centers to select the most suitable projects for their communities.
In Apure, residents are reaffirming their commitment to the nation by actively participating in this consultation.
This democratic event has been marked by a clear message: “Every vote counts.” Citizen participation has been key to demonstrating that, united, Venezuelans can drive the development and well-being of their regions.
