On Sunday, Carlos Rodriguez, the deputy Minister of Communal Training and Social Movements, visited the Zamorana Revolution Commune in San Carlos, in the state of Cojedes.

In this Venezuelan locality, citizens selected seven priority projects for their community, which will be presented in the territorial elections next Sunday.

These projects involve the provision of pumps and tanks, roof replacement, the creation of facilities for social programs, beautification of the community facade, rehabilitation of the health center, creation of a funeral urn factory, and completion of the Pergola structure for gas sales.

Community leaders expressed that the population needs the support of Bolivarian state institutions to execute four projects related to the renovation of housing roofs and sports courts.

Rodriguez emphasized that all members of the communes should participate in the execution of the projects, and highlighted the importance of using resources effectively based on the population’s needs.

The Zamorana Revolution Commune comprises the communal councils Nuevo Espacio Comunitario Hugo Chavez, Herrereña I, Herrereña II, Herrereña III, Los Chaguaramos, La Union, and Altos de Chaguarama.
