On Thursday, President Nicolas Maduro delivered a year-end message to his fellow citizens, highlighting the perseverance of the Venezuelan people in their struggle against the adversities caused by the U.S. economic war on the Bolivarian Revolution.

“How many lessons and battles! How much learning! How much perseverance 2024 has left us—a year in which national unity prevailed over the fascist violence that once again tried to disturb our country’s peace,” he said.
“In Venezuela, it was a year of victories for God, peace, justice, and truth. We learned that nothing and no one can take away our right to supreme happiness. Today, I want to thank the Venezuelan people for their awareness, loyalty, deep love, and dedication to work.”
“I hope we continue with this spirit of joy that carries us along the paths of harmony and hope because the prophetic word will be fulfilled. 2025 will bring blessings and miraculous times for Venezuela. Happy New Year!” the Bolivarian leader emphasized.
