On the theft of the aircraft (Boeing 747-300M), Saab noted that after flying from Mexico and being denied fuel loading on Argentine soil, the crew decided to fly to Uruguay, but was also denied fuel assistance, This caused them to return to Buenos Aires (capital).

In the Argentine capital, the authorities arrested 19 crew members, five of whom were Iranian nationals. And after a few months of the arbitrary arrest, they were released “under overwatch”.

That is, “they were literally kidnapped,” Saab underlines. The aircraft was subsequently restricted from flying, a procedure which was carried out by the national aviation authority with the international agency”.

With the collaboration of the Argentine government and through a federal judge, the aircraft was illegally transferred to the US, “with a flight plan for which they indicated an American registration and flag,” the prosecutor says.

“Once the plane arrives in the U.S. was totally dismantled”, which “outraged the Venezuelan nation by 100 percent”, and, adds Saab, details were requested from Buenos Aires and Asunción on this matter and there has been no response yet.

Having followed the provisions of international law which give the State party (Venezuela) the possibility of establishing its jurisdiction not only as a means of defence against the crimes of  “aggravated robbery, loss of legitimacy in capital, unlawful deprivation of liberty, simulation of a punishable act, unlawful interference, aircraft disablement, association for criminal purposes”, the Public Prosecutor’s Office ruled:

The assignment of two prosecutors specialized in the matter and who are processing the arrest order against Javier Milei, President of Argentina, Karina Milei, secretary general of the Argentine presidency and Patricia Bullrich, minister of security of that country.

Tarek William: Javier Milei, the Main Human Rights Violator

“They have been climbing and giving bait to pseudo international organizations and nationals of other countries… and I will now directly refer to the Argentine case”, explained Saab at a press conference held this afternoon.

“With what moral the Milei government: a neo-Nazi fascist,” questioned the senior Venezuelan official.

William Saab also called the president of Argentina, Javier Milei, “the main human rights violator” in his country after the dictatorships that struck the southern cone.

To support his arguments, the Venezuelan attorney general offered important guidelines that make clear why Milei’s position is that he intends to become “the judge of Venezuela”.

Among those points, Saab detailed:

  • The Milei government represents a political project affiliated with an ultra-right platform called Atlas Network, which, according to the Venezuelan official “brings together the most backward in international politics”.
  • The network promotes a series of ultra-free market policies that involve tax cuts for the rich, public spending cuts, mass regularization and opposition to climate justice, backed by billionaire financiers who do not show their faces.
  • It adheres to what the prosecutor has labeled as “barbaric actions” in order to ingratiate itself with international Zionism and both US and British imperialism.
  • Milei “renounced the sovereignty of his country, gave the Falkland Islands to foreign powers”, not filing complaints against the provision of the Government of London before these territories, and not pronouncing itself on the construction of a British port in Antarctica.
  • He gave the sovereignty of the Paraná River to the United States Army.
  • In April 2024, he announced to the head of the Southern Command, Laura Richardson, that he would build a naval base on the Argentina platform together with the U.S.
  • Following this line, the Venezuelan prosecutor noted that Javier Milei has become a “brutal danger for the whole hemisphere”.
