In the first incident, colonists attacked tents belonging to Palestinian residents in the Ein al-Hilweh area of the northern Jordan Valley. Mahdi Daraghmeh, head of the village council, reported that a group of colonists gathered on a hilltop near the tents. They threw stones and engaged in acts of terror, threatening and intimidating local residents.
This incident is part of a growing trend of violence by Israeli colonists in the region, which frequently occurs under the protection of Israeli security forces.
In a second attack, colonists targeted Palestinian vehicles traveling south of Nablus, close to the illegal Yitzhar colony. Local sources reported that colonists threw stones at these vehicles, causing damage to several cars, including broken windows. This attack reflects a recurring pattern of violence perpetrated by colonists along this route.
These incidents highlight ongoing tensions and violence faced by Palestinian communities in the West Bank as they contend with increasing aggression from Israeli settlers.
