Chicharito, Unstoppable!

Bayer Leverkusen's Mexican forward Javier “Chicharito” Hernandez scored in the 44th minute this Sunday to give his team a 2–0 lead over FC Koln as the match went into halftime.

Right before the referee signalled halftime, Leverkusen went on the attack, moving the ball up to the left side of the box, where Julian Brandt then stringed a pass into Karim Bellarabi who in turn sent a perfect ball to Hernandez.

All Hernandez had to do was strike the ball from just inside the six-yard box for the score.

The goal was Hernandez's 25th in all competitions this season. Leverkusen is currently fifth in the Bundesliga standings.
